Aisling Fallon is a paediatric nurse with over ten years’ experience working in Ireland and abroad. A mother of three, she became an international board-certified lactation consultant after facing her own breastfeeding challenges and recognising how much more support parents in Ireland need. Drawing on her professional expertise and personal experience, Aisling founded The Latch Effect to provide calm, compassionate, and judgement-free support, helping parents feel confident and informed at every stage of their feeding journey.
